I agree.   

I'm willing to create a new CVS repository, and spend the time merging our 
changes in to mhost if/when we get access to that again.

Doug Porter posted a few reasons why not to use SourceForge.  I think SF isn't 
likely to go away any time soon.  They make tarballs of your CVS root 
available anyway, and I already have a script mirroring exmh's cvsroot 
nightly, just in case something does happen.

If we decide not to use that, I'm open to suggestions.  I could host a 
repository, but we might prefer a more established place.
