I'm inclined to agree with Doug P. on this.

If development of nmh is languishing, it it because nobody is doing
much of the work.  When Richard Coleman was in charge, things moved
along.  But since then, nobody has been in charge.  A few people have
stepped in and managed things for a little while, so that they could
make their own changes.

Moving the repository won't solve that.  If Richard wants to step
back into that role, I would be happy to see that.  If somebody else
is willing to take charge that would be fine too.

I suspect that we all use nmh, and for the most part we are happy
with it.  We have a few gripes about little points.  But it works
well enough for us, that we don't want to put the effort into
continuing Richard's original plans to clean up the code base and
make it more maintainable.
