If you give ./configure this bunch of options then it will error if a
dependency isn't available.
--with-cyrus-sasl
--with-oauth
--with-readline
--with-tls
MACHINES gives a little help, e.g. for FreeBSD `ftp/curl (if configured
with --with-oauth)'.
