The Dining bucket behavior is wrong. Are you sure you aren't just getting half that money allocated because you have the timing set to "All Month?" Here's how it works: MoneyWell ignores money left in a bucket and allocates based on the planned amount for every new month. If you manually drag and drop cash from another bucket, that will be considered part of the allocation this month and a new allocation will see that. If you want to only allocate money manually to certain bucket, then set the Frequency of those buckets to "No Plan" and Allocate Income will ignore those buckets. You can drag and drop your income bucket to it when you need to set aside money for something like Auto Repairs.
