I think I'm missing something basic. Maybe there's a view option I don't understand? Or I'm doing something kinda dumb/kinda not the way the software wants me to?
I'm working with MW right now (the 1.4.3 beta build 220) paying a few bills that are dated in the future (early February). I have NOT allocated the funds for these payments yet as I will be getting a check on 2/1 from which I'll pull that money. I expected that the buckets for those expenses would show red overdrawn amounts. But they don't. I'm guessing that they will on 2/1. I'd like to have the buckets showing me the future expenses even though they are next month. They show me red when I have a future expense in the current month. I have MW set to NOT hide future pending transactions (and I see them in the register), and I have "Limit future graph period" set to "No Limit." Is this semi-hiding of future spending (from the bucket point of view) working as designed? Or should it be showing me red, overdrawn buckets today?
