Kevin,

Personally, I would just go ahead and create those accounts. If they  
are being used enough to require reconciling, then add those accounts.  
Having that catch-all account would certainly mess with my head since  
I need to have order or I don't manage information well.

I will look at alternate views but I'm also trying to keep the  
original MoneyWell design from getting diluted. It's a tricky balance  
sometimes.
