I purchased this product a month ago and was just getting around to adding the rest of my bank account information. The order of events was as follows: update push of software upgrading to 1.4.8 from 1.4.7 and then I tried to add the Bank of America(non CA, WA, & ID) and I get the following error: [2000] ERROR The product which you are using is not enabled. Please call customer service at 1.800.933.6262 for assistance. I have seen other BofA errors in the group recently; however, it appears they were all resolved with 1.4.8 beta. I upgraded to the 1.4.8 release, so I am at a loss.
