Michael is right, I have always been signed up for the direct connect service. I also talked to US Bank and they said you have to use your SS # and the "software password" which in my case is the one in Quicken. Nothing works, and I've tried every combination I can think of. Now US Bank has implemented another security level. I'm not sure of the right URL for direct connect, maybe that is the issue? Or MoneyWell needs it's own "vault password" as Quicken does? Vicki
