Is this just a thin shell designed to allow you to write a web app that appears
in its own OS window?

Or is there an attempt to offer interfaces to all the APIs Qt and the various
OSes make available for making truly native apps? As in, can I spawn multiple
windows? Can I have an OS menu bar with commands that open OS dialog boxes and
settings windows and so forth?

If you're just trying for the former, great. But your association with Qt
sounds like you're trying for the latter, and I'm just incredibly burned-out on
cross-platform frameworks because almost every app I've seen made with has an
awful user experience.
