Yes, but at the moment "web" means "HTML5 APIs" like Canvas and 
AudioContext. To enable HTML/CSS one would have to write a layout engine in 
JavaScript *or* bind to QtWebKit in the underlying Node-Qt module (which 
I've been meaning to experiment with).
