I agree and we will starting fining teams but as most of U know we have never
had a guy leave us like Randy did. Then there was/is Pitt who we could have
lost the same way (thank GOD he is still with us). I have had 2 managers that
said they were taking R.City but both stopped responding to my emails once they
got the team???? Must be my under arm deodorant! I could go on but everyone
here knows the other problems we has had. The point I am making for the
rookies is that is usually the smoothest part/time of the year. I am also
trying hard to be more understanding (but my some accounts too understanding
ref deadlines). However if I can ever get us back to full strenght..........
Would someone like to take R. City for the rest of the year?

i also have no interest in a salary cap game and would leave the league if
it went in that direction. I think for the most part this leagues rules are
pretty good. I think thier needs to be penalties for people that don't
follow the rules but thats about it really.
