Spare us the Spahnesque misreading. The "essential constraints" are clearly different between the two lists. Essential to this list is that it is not censored in any way. Essential to JM's is that his list is censored from the outset, and therefore could easily be in some other respect in the future. I expect that under John's able stewardship, it will have a long and distinguished history. But it will not be completely uncensored. That much is clear.
