The only details of the Obama plan that I have heard is that the prison is to be shut down "within a year." The sticky wicket with this plan will be what to do with the remaining inmates once the prison is closed. I do not have a good answer as to what should be done with them. Perhaps someone smarter than me might be able to cut this Gordian knot.
