Hi,
Can you give me details about what give you this issue ?
Are you using a N++ theme (other than the default one) ?
Best regards,
Jean-s?bastien

I just installed the latest NP++ ansi and I went to pick up the latest compare
plugin
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=189927&package_id=244011
but it's unicode. I assume I need to use NP++ unicode with it or I otherwise
can't use it?

Hi,
In fact, for the moment there isn't any Compare ANSI version.
I have to look on how to create one. Else, if it possible, I suggest than you
install N++ UNICODE to use Compare.
Best regards,
Jean-s?bastien

There are many times when I have many tabs open ... too many to fit in the
visible
range. It would be great (and intuitive) if when selecting WINDOW, WINDOWS
that the window would stay open and not close when I activate a window. That
way I could use it to switch back and forth between tabs without having to open
it every time. It's really not very useful since it closes each time it's used.
It would seem that since it has an OK button on the bottom, it should stay open
until dismissed.
Thanks,
Cliff

Thank you Joce!
The reason I didn't believe it was supported was because the default coloring
scheme was the same as any other text, so it wasn't highlighted.
In hindsight, I can see that the left border is yellow and it's possible to
compress the docstring.

Download the Simple Script Plugin.
It has a function to do just that: replace a word from list A by the
corresponding
word of list B of the same size.

I agree with you re PCRE. However, I looked into incorporating it into Notepad++
a while ago, and if I recall correctly, the problem was that Notepad++ expects
the matching to be done line-by-line, while PCRE expects the entire document.
I could find no way to reconcile the behaviors. Perhaps a better developer can
come up with a solution. Anyone?

I'm trying to define a custom language in userDefineLang.xml. The one thing
left is that I'm trying to highlight line labels, e.g. the "ABC123:" in:
Jump/ABC123:
ABC123:
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks...Ken

In the replace dialog you can only select or unselect the "In selection" option
if text is selected. However, if you try to search/replace with no text
selected
it appears to still try perform its function on the "selected" text.
I would expect that if no text is selected that it defaults to global
search/replace
or at least allow the option to be unselected.
