Keith Turner commented on ACCUMULO-1385:
----------------------------------------
Changing global OS settings seems like an odd thing for an RPM to do. If a lot
of RPMs did this, it seems like the order in which RPMs were installed could
change a systems behavior. Is this a common things for RPMs to do? If so, is
the installation order issue addressed in some way?
> RPM/DEB should set vm.swappiness in /etc/sysctl.d/accumulo
