Since I was having so many problems uploading a diff to review board, I rebased
against a forked copy of master and created a PR,
https://github.com/apache/accumulo/pull/30. Let me know if this is closer.
Next time, with this many files changed, I'm going to do pre-commit diffs in
smaller batch for the sake of the reviewers.
