[Bug 55489] Allow specifying of alternative user agent for the 'get' task

It has come to my attention that "http.agent" can be passed as a system
property to over-ride this value.

If there is interest in having this for the 'get' command, then I can submit
the work I have done so far (I still need to do a test case for this).
