@jamesfredley re review 5637980816: both items are fixed on head 5e5feb5e4d. The request path is now matched percent-decoded as well as as-sent, so `/search/secret%40example.com` with `[email protected]` is recorded as `GET /search/?`, asserted through the capture API in `QueryTailCaptureSpec` (neither the encoded nor the decoded form reaches the file) and in the attribution spec, including values whose slashes the client encoded. `--stream --page=<page>` now applies the page match before a streamed record is rendered, with the same rule as the summary; `QueryTailRunnerSpec` covers `controller/action` and a bare controller name.
