@jamesfredley re review 5638523900: both items are fixed on head b3a97c2543. A numeric key is kept only where the path before it is a field the mapping knows as an array; in a map property, under an unknown key or at the top of a document it is recorded as `?`, asserted in `MongoCommandRedactorSpec` and through the capture API in `QueryTailCommandListenerSpec` against a real mongod (the numeric key of an `attrs` map reaches neither the insert nor the find in the file). The run header is now written while the starter still holds the `STARTING` lock, so a joiner cannot append before it.
