@jamesfredley re review 5639132816: both items are fixed on head b0e9a8c9a4. The redactor scope now advances into array elements (and into the document of an operator on an array), and a numeric key is kept only where the mapping knows an array at that depth, so a numeric key in a `List<Map>` element, in `attributes.0.<key>` or under `$elemMatch` records `?`; asserted in `MongoCommandRedactorSpec` and through the capture API against a real mongod in `QueryTailCommandListenerSpec`. A request line written before the URL mapping has run records only the shape of the path (`GET /?/?/?`), since nothing tells a literal segment from a token yet; later statements of the same request get the mapped line.
