Hi senthil

Frame and IFrame offer almost the same features except that I
* Frames are more flexible they can be placed anywhere in a form(absolute 
positioning/relative positioning) frames are more restricted since it has to be 
contained in a frameset.
* IFrames are not supported by all browsers currently only IE supports it( havent 
checked if the latest ver of NS and Opera supports it) 


If you specify the actual requirement it would help to understand ur problem better.
