[~ccustine] If it makes sense to review PRs too, Google had an intern over the
summer put together https://github.com/jclouds/jclouds-labs-google/pull/38.
It's an extension of load-balancer features but it in turn depends on HTTP
Health Checks that are part of
https://github.com/jclouds/jclouds-labs-google/pull/22.
We have another Googler (full-timer) that can help address any feedback either
on promoting to core or the pull-requests.
