## Why are the changes needed? Apache Ranger 2.7.0 removes `ranger-plugins-audit` and splits audit implementations into destination-specific artifacts. Upgrade the Spark AuthZ extension and retain its HDFS and Solr audit implementations. Closes #7234 ## How was this patch tested? - `build/mvn -o -Pfast -pl :kyuubi-spark-authz_2.12 validate` - `git diff --check` The full module build is left to GitHub Actions because the local first-time Maven download is network-limited. ## Was this patch authored or co-authored using generative AI tooling?
