The $PATH_FOR_TESTS is not set properly in the current CMakeLists.txt(and it's
not used anyway), although it does probably overwrite the entire PATH variable.
Maybe it needs to be "PATH=%PATH%;${PATH_FOR_TESTS}" instead?
The == vs the = also seems to be wrong; that is one thing that I have fixed.
If you want, I can do a PR with the current fixes that I have, if that would
make it easier for you to test.
