I ran 2.x branch in Java 17 and Java 21 by adjusting the enforcer version range in the pom. Based on the numerous failing and erring tests, I iterated through them by fixing the errors and came to this. I didn't refactor all the static properties because that's something we're working on more so in main, and I only wanted to update the minimum required to get the tests updated. At this point, just reuse whatever you'd like to incorporate to 2.x; I'll continue working on main. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
