Hi Jacques,
I think perhaps having that README.MD.HTML in the top level folder just to pull
it to wiki is not a pretty solution. I suggest to remove it and put it
somewhere else (perhaps in the website folder). Let's try to keep the top level
folder as clean as possible. If nothing else it would be confusing for users
which README file to open.
