bq. Added a convenient pandoc.bat as a reminder for now, to be enhanced later.
Maybe it will become a Gradle task rather or maybe even several Gradle tasks if
we use CONTRIBUTING-template.md and other possible *.md files
bq. We don't have a website folder in trunk (it' a branch) but we can put it
in tools with the temporary pandoc.bat script. We will need to define more
around that anyway.
