Added a convenient pandoc.bat as a reminder for now, to be enhanced later.
Maybe it will become a Gradle task rather or maybe even several Gradle tasks if
we use CONTRIBUTING-template.md and other possible *.md files
Updated the README.md file:
* Improves the "Load default OFBiz data" explanation
* added the ® sign in 2 places (OFBiz and Tomcat)
* Misc other minor changes
Replaced README.MD.html renamed README.md.html after regeneration
