`GrpcClientSettings` has no settings for some common gRPC channel options. With the Netty backend they can only be set through `channelBuilderOverrides`. With the pekko-http backend some of them can't be set at all. The options: - Keepalive: keepalive time, keepalive timeout, keepalive without calls (https://grpc.io/docs/guides/keepalive/). - Retries and hedging: a retry policy or a default service config (https://grpc.io/docs/guides/retry/). - Wait-for-ready (https://grpc.io/docs/guides/wait-for-ready/). - Idle timeout. - Max outbound message size and max inbound metadata size. Proposal: add the most useful of these as client settings (config and `with...` methods), applied on both backends where possible. For pekko-http, map them to pekko-http's HTTP/2 client settings (e.g. ping interval/timeout) where that makes sense.
