@terrymanu Rebased onto master and dropped the table handling from `buildToBeDroppedRuleConfiguration`, which returns `Collections.emptyList()` again so only the unused-encryptor computation runs against the post-alter configuration; the `RELEASE-NOTES.md` and test import conflicts are resolved. 8 tests pass, and reverting the executor fails `assertBuildToBeDroppedRuleConfigurationWhenAssistedAndLikeQueriesRemoved` and `assertBuildToBeDroppedRuleConfigurationWhenAlteredTableNameCaseDiffers` with `was <0>`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
