@terrymanu Thanks, I pushed a commit for both. 1. `putInsertValueColumnTypes` now goes through the row values with a for-each loop and steps an iterator over the insert column names alongside them, so there's no indexed access on the LinkedList. Column positions and parameter index mapping are the same as before. 2.
