## Follow-ups from the previous round — verified addressed
1. Distinct catalog-unavailable error path: `CatalogUnavailableException` →
HTTP 503 / JSON-RPC `-32023` ("Remote catalog unavailable"), covered by
`shouldDistinguishUnavailableCatalog…` /
`shouldNotLabelUnexpectedCatalogFailures…`; the deliberate no-local-fallback
stance is now documented in RELEASE-NOTES and README.
2. Unused public `agentGatewayPlugin(providers, resolvers)` overload
deleted; only the `@Bean` assembly path remains.
3. `X-Spike-Subject` removed; `RequestScopedMcpClientTest` now asserts its
absence; README documents "no subject-identity header".
4. `RemoteToolDirectory` namespace comment reworded to state the actual
naming rule.
5. `RemoteServerBinding.newClient()` observer wired to
`isDebugEnabled`-gated `LOG.debug`, matching the README diagnostics claim.
6. `withLocal`/`LocalTool` documented as the extension point for
native-result local providers.
7. `parsePluginConfig` compatibility change (only `aggregation` accepted)
documented in RELEASE-NOTES + README, consistent with the code.
