Both make sense. The default is well-documented now. And you're right on the
413: matching the existing `{message}` house style is fine; making it the one
accurate response while 400/401/422 stay on the old shape would just be
inconsistent. The envelope-shape fix is a separate file-wide cleanup, not this
PR. Thanks for reconciling the summary.
