Fixed the red unit-test job in `8081e8975d`. The new provenance test did not mock dataset resolution, so `_bind_dashboard_time_range_filter` correctly returned when dataset 42 could not be resolved in the isolated test. The fixture now supplies temporal dataset metadata. Staged-file pre-commit passed, including mypy, ruff, and ruff-format. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
