Rebased onto master `0eda633b45` (779 commits; the branch had gone CONFLICTING). Only two files needed hand-merging, both tests: `ChartContextMenu.test.tsx` (kept #42296's Drill-By scope test alongside the semantic-view test) and `GroupByFilterCard.test.tsx` (#42879's spinner-mute test re-expressed in this suite's `fetchMock` idiom — its module-level never-resolving `cachedSupersetGet` mock would have frozen the characterization tests; control run confirms the ported test fails with `muted` removed). Everything else auto-merged. Touched suites 102/102; oxfmt/oxlint/stylelint/tsc clean over the range. Head `18f1f3ac7d`. @rusackas — your 07-30 items were addressed in `23f1617b08` on 08-06 (now `54f99daf2b` after the rebase); nothing else changed.
