CI update for cab6bb3b531d32829d9457bdeedba4bf48a61507: local verification is green, but CI is not. The current Docker and PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQLite jobs fail during migration setup with multiple Alembic heads, before tests. For example: https://github.com/apache/superset/actions/runs/35159212860/job/105005924033 . I checked the migration graph: this branch has one head; apache master at 7b6dd7597c4af49f7f0571b7b33dd247f382218b has heads 0884f655c0a6 and e2f3a1b9c640. No migrations are changed here.
