One saved version can contain many field-change rows, but each row currently repeats the same “Open as new chart/dashboard” and Restore actions for that save. Remove those duplicate row menus and keep the actions on the save-group menu. Row preview, related-item navigation, and the separate Preview button on the Created entry remain available. Shortcut: https://app.shortcut.com/preset/story/121825 Validation: 42 targeted frontend tests pass, including chart/dashboard and current/historical cases. The complete staged pre-commit run passes after building the required frontend workspace declarations.
