Fixed all three: hoisted the duplicated PDF toast into a constant, reworded the batch-export toast to count rows since a row can hold more than one chart, and swapped the `as any` stubs in the pdf tests for a typed `SyntheticEvent`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
