Heya @krmmkr, this is an ambitious one! codeant's catches on the feature-flag gating look real, the parameter plugin gets registered and persisted filters still render even when `DASHBOARD_PARAMETERS` is off. @sadpandajoe's question about why this needs its own flag is also still open. CI's red right now too (lint-frontend, pre-commit, and both unit-test jobs), so let's get all that sorted before this moves further.
