marked this thread resolved** as of `b2558a6`.
Factory startup now reads `MCP_TOOL_SEARCH_CONFIG` from Flask config,
falling back to the module setting. When search is disabled, it applies the
compact native tool list transform using the Flask-configured native list
settings.
