Hi @rusackas @villebro I'm one of the UTSC students, my group and I wanted
to take on this issue. Here's the approach we came up with:

   - Add an optional control for row label max width (pixels) to the pivot
table options in its control panel. It will be off by default.
   - Pass the value through `transformProps` / `types.ts` /
`PivotTableChart.tsx` into the `tableOptions` used by `TableRenderers.tsx`.
   - In `renderTableRow`, when the value is set, apply styling to the returned
row label `<th>` (or wrap it in a styled `div`): `max-width` plus ellipsis
styling. The `title` attribute holds the full label so it shows on hover.
   - The styling is only applied to the row labels on the pivot table
   - We'd add renderer tests for unset vs. configured widths, tooltip content

Let me know what you think, thanks!
