The workflow editor is intentionally structured into five defined areas: the top menu, left panel, bottom panel, right panel, and the central workflow canvas. While it’s natural for each feature to try to stand out, it still needs to operate within this framework. Right now, the agent panel is overlapping the property panel and encroaching on the space used by other panels. If we don’t enforce these boundaries, we’ll quickly end up with dozens of panels competing for the same space, creating clutter and breaking the overall usability of the interface. > > How about the left panel? If we put the agent into the left panel, we can see the agent and the property panel at the same time. If we use the agent, we most likely won't need to drag operators at the same time. > > Repost the images: Design in this PR: <img alt="image" width="1417" height="656" src="https://private-user-images.githubusercontent.com/11544314/583848517-64420d90-44e2-4f15-a534-cc6ba81b37de.png?jwt=eyJ0eXAiOiJKV1QiLCJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.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.duZgLyVW89_2VhMEJPpAJRf80dvPxtGqgpmyuWVxTo8"> IDE: <img alt="image" width="1359" height="787" src="https://private-user-image s.githubusercontent.com/11544314/583848533-9fa05988-6ccc-42e0-b142-b01b1bb64e51.png?jwt=eyJ0eXAiOiJKV1QiLCJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.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.FlBoHyeOzIraPngjviHAS9oqRkbxgkMzHaDBIVnrL1I"> > > Sorry I didn't describe the design of this part clearly. > > The panel can be collapsed or uncollapsed. What’s the purpose of keeping it as a separate panel? The main goal is to show only three panels at a time, but making it separate results in four panels being displayed simultaneously. Could the agent panel be integrated into the existing panel group instead? It could still expand and appear as the default first panel, or have a shortcut button for quick access—while remaining within the current panel structure. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
