Review Comment:
   After `token-secret` rotation, the resolver supplies the newly derived 
token, but this unauthenticated liveness check still accepts the existing pod. 
That pod was started with the old `JUPYTER_TOKEN`, so iframe, upload, and 
delete requests use a token it rejects and the pod is never rebuilt. Verify the 
derived token when deciding whether to reuse a pod, or persist a token-version 
fingerprint and recreate on mismatch.
