`resetExecutionAndWorkers()` does not call `resetExecutionState()`; it only
calls `updateExecutionState()`, which never resets this new duration anchor.
Consequently, leaving a completed workflow preserves its final duration, and
leaving a running workflow also leaves `durationTicker` active, so the next
workflow replays an old (possibly still increasing) clock. Reset the anchor
from the session-reset path as well and cover `resetExecutionAndWorkers()` with
a nonzero/running duration.
