Just to keep track of things:
* I minimized the TLS 1.3 handshake failure against Java 11 — filed as
https://bugs.erlang.org/browse/ERL-1331
* The issue can be temporarily worked around by adding `"-ssl",
"protocol_version", "['tlsv1.2', 'tlsv1.1']",` to the Erlang client commandline
in `tests.json` — this disables TLS1.3 on Erlang side and then all `java-erl`
cross-tests pass.
