Heads up about the [Erlang TLS 1.3 issue][•]:
1. This is a known bug;
2. It is already fixed, but isn't released yet;
3. OTP 23.1 is planned for release in September, and will contain the fix
for TLS 1.3;
4. OTP 24 is planned for release on a yearly timescale, and will contain
the fix too.
