Re XWikiPluginInterface.virtualInit() missing the throw, we could also
introduce a new interface and at the same time refactor its methods since I
think it needs some cleanup.
At the same time note that this notion of plugin will disappear in the medium
term future with the introduction of components in our new architecture.
