Maybe a mode that detects Jenkins vs. local execution? You can check for env
vars like BUILD_ID and so on that Jenkins sets reliably.
The full log is also ginormous, I have to ctrl-f around it to get to the failed
tests which is something the Jenkins "Test Results" helps with. Are there
situations where you'd want to first check the full log before checking the
"Test Results" view, assuming we're running in a Jenkins environment?
