One last q then: should this behavior be conditional per-plugin? i.e. JUnit
runner doesn't include this link, but TAP does? Even for the TAP plugin I still
don't understand why it'd benefit from including the same stdout link again,
but I have no experience with TAP.
I don't have much more to add beyond this, so if you still think this is
unresolvable we can just close as WONTFIX. I thought this would be simple to
fix, but apparently it's more involved.
