This is looking great.
Some ideas to improve this even further:
* Mention what long running mean:
The following subsystems are considered long running (runtime bigger than 1h):
* Switch the 'ignored' subsystems not to '0' but to '-0' in the vote table
* Mention them even in a (extra) line in the brief-report
